Q: Where are the personalization areas for custom hats available?
A: There are single or multiple customizable areas in different positions and sizes depending on the hat style. The embroidery process is the most flexible of all and can be placed on the front, sides and rear panel of a custom hat.
Q: What if I need to change my custom hats order after production?
A: Any changes will incur new charges based on your request. No changes will be accepted for existing orders once the order is in production. An order that needs to be changed after production has started will be considered a new order.
